No surprises here, Allie and Hayley are doing their millennial best to keep up with the trends online and compiled their own In & Out list. From thrifting to second chances, our Lonely Hearts hosts sort through what they're taking into the new year, and what stays in 2023 where it belongs.  Allie talks about the end of her relationship while Hayley announces her new one. 

Ep 13: New Year, New Hot Ass Ghost

3...2...1... HAPPY NEW YEAR BIZNOTCHES!!!! It's new year same queens over here. Allie and Hayley get into their resolutions, with a few shockers from each of them when it comes to the goals. Hayley convinces Allie to go tent camping with her, Allie floats a new idea for The Lonely Hearts Club members, and the ladies continue to keep it all the way 100 about their relationships, cause it's only a new year.

Ep 12: All I Want For Christmas is Me

Allie and Hayley settle in for some stories about horrific gifts of Christmas past.  Heart shaped jewelry? Just what you wanted but a day too late? We thought we were on the nice list, and if we were naughty it would have been more in a 'Saltburn' way... We wrap it up with updates on our relationships, working through the anxiety of it all, and a fun holiday game to play with your exes.

The title of this podcast is the National Domestic Violence Hotline number.  As a survivor of domestic violence, Hayley knows how easy it can be to explain away the hurt and pain, literally gaslighting yourself into staying in a dangerous situation.  She starts at the beginning and walks us through her own experience, how she finally left, and how you can help someone who may find themselves in a similar situation.

Mine is!  This week, Allie and Hayley examine the rewiring of your brain after a loss.  When you think something is a lock for so long and it proves to be a farce, anxiety, lack of trust, and self doubt are bound to creep in, because HOW didn't we see that coming?! We're working through the woes and learning how to trust the most important people in our lives once again... OURSELVES!!!

Hayley and Allie get in to all things social media.  From going too far to not going far enough, the hosts differ greatly on their opinions on what's cheating, what's acceptable and why, and how to deal with those situations when they arise.
